This is Dr. Mohammad Muwafi’s digital prosthetic workflow starting from a converted denture.
These are photos of a patient’s edentulous smile and the same patient healing at five months post-operative. “Look at the vertical palatal mucosal shelf that will blend nicely with the convex final contours!”
The patient was served with fixed complete implant-supported zirconia bridges, following the dual-scan protocol with the MEDIT i500 scanner.

Cephalometric Analysis with Medit Design

Protocol
- Import STL data into Medit Design.
- Use Create Section in Measurement Mode to draw lines to anatomical points required for cephalometric analysis.
- Create a long and thin bar in the form of STL data and import it into Medit Design.
- Using the points displayed in Create Selection, display the lines required for analysis and use the lines to display the angle of the three points.
