We are pleased to share the latest software update for Medit Link and Medit Scan for Clinics.
This release introduces enhancements to usability, workflow efficiency, and system reliability, along with new features designed to improve scanning accuracy and overall user experience, including updates for the i900 Family and i900 Mobility.

Medit Link v3.4.10
Notice
The minimum supported version of macOS has been updated.
If you are using macOS Ventura or earlier, update your OS to the latest version to ensure continued support.
Improvements
Case Management
- The UI across case management screens, such as Case Box, has been improved.
- Search, filters, and table options have been repositioned to make it faster and easier to find the data you need.
- The notifications panel has been redesigned to improve readability.
Navigation
- Navigation has been reorganized to make it easier to access menus.
- The user icon now provides access to My Info, Membership, and Partners.
- A new Help Hub icon (?) provides quick access to the Help Center and Medit Academy.
Storage Management
- The Free Up Space interface has been redesigned for easier storage management and removal of unnecessary files.
Attachment-Only Orders
- A new Allow Orders with Attachments Only option lets you choose whether orders can be placed using attachments only, helping prevent them from being placed by mistake
New Feature
- 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse is now supported on macOS.
Other Updates
- You can now select a partner before creating a case.
- A new option lets you register locally stored data that is not yet in Medit Link.
- Service security has been enhanced.
- Bug fixes and performance improvements.
Medit Scan for Clinics v1.14.0
New Features
All new features included in this release can be accessed after enabling them in Settings. All features are currently in beta, and further enhancements are expected.
- Scan Assist
- Added support for automatic real-time data realignment. This feature performs continuous alignment after the initial alignment to improve the stability of the entire dataset.
- To enable it, go to Settings > Scanning Performance.
- Texture Mapping
- Added a high-quality texture option for processed scan data, allowing results to more closely resemble the actual oral condition and enhancing the user experience.
- To enable it, go to Settings > Post-Processing.
Improvements
- Improved connection stability and added multi-environment switching for i900 Mobility. These improvements are applied after firmware update.
- Added a feature that ensures the device connects accurately to the user-specified Wi‑Fi network, enabling consistent and stable operation.
- Added a feature that allows users to disconnect the scanner from another PC and connect it to their own PC, improving flexibility and convenience in multi-PC environments.
- Added support for opening cases created in Medit Link Express, allowing users to perform additional scans and modify scan data.
- Enhanced data acquisition flow for the denture and edentulous scanning process, allowing for more flexible data capture that better aligns with clinical workflows and user experience.
- Regardless of the acquisition order, once data from both the Denture and Edentulous stages has been captured, the system will automatically attempt to align the datasets when capturing either stage. If needed, manual alignment can also be performed.
- Sleep Mode
- MCU Sleep Mode added to improve battery efficiency, reduce unnecessary power consumption
- Increases battery standby time from 1.7 days -> 20.6 days (approx. 7x longer)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where values that should be displayed based on a specific threshold were not shown when indicating the minimum distance to a target.
