Medit Link v3.3.3

Notice for macOS 15 Sequoia Users

We have fixed an issue that prevented apps from installing via App Box after updating to macOS 15 (Sequoia).

If you’re using macOS 15 Sequoia, please update Medit Link to version 3.3.3.

Improvements

  • Improved the file sync process to prioritize syncing the currently viewed case, allowing for order placement of that case.
  • Improved the File Viewer tab to enable users to view attached PDF files directly within their main browser.

Bug Fix

  • Fixed an issue that occasionally caused cases to be lost during unstable internet conditions.

Medit Scan for Clinics v1.12.3

Improvements

  • Enhanced the overall usability when using Medit i900.
    • Improved responsiveness during initial data acquisition at the start of a scan.
    • Improved scan start and stop actions by fine-tuning Touch Band sensitivity.
    • Improved Touch Pad functionality by implementing the tap-and-drag gesture as an input.
      • Introduced usability similar to that of a laptop or mobile device for controlling scan data and navigating stages within the scanning process.
    • Optimized the algorithm for acquiring and aligning scan data from small tips to improve the user experience.
    • Added a new option in Settings to configure the Touch Band double-tap gesture for starting/stopping scanning or to disable the gesture.
    • Added a help guide on basic touch interface usage.
  • Improved the stability when using Medit i700 and i600.
    • Improved overall stability of scan data acquisition and program operation.
    • Improvements can be conveniently applied by performing a firmware update available at program startup.
    • This improvement includes fixing an issue where the scanner projector would unexpectedly turn on while waiting to scan.
  • Enhanced the user experience for data acquisition in the Scan Body stage.
    • Optimized the alignment algorithm to ensure positional stability of scan body data and provide smoother data acquisition.

    • bredent
    • Biometric

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused the program to crash in rare cases when toggling the “Smart Color Filtering” feature.
  • Fixed an issue where the shock detection dialog would incorrectly appear without any actual impact on the scanner.
  • Fixed an issue where the program occasionally became unresponsive when stopping a scan, particularly during library alignment.
  • Fixed an issue where the smart arrows would sometimes display when scanning non-tooth areas, such as stone models.
  • Fixed an issue where the crash report dialog failed to appear when the program terminated abnormally on macOS.
  • Fixed a delay in applying changes to scan depth or high-resolution scan settings.
  • Fixed an issue where mandibular movement data remained visible after deleting the maxillary scan data using the trimming tools.
  • Fixed data display issues that occurred after manually cutting the abutment library.

Medit Scan for Labs v1.7.3

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the program incorrectly indicated that additional scans were not allowed while acquiring additional scan data using a triple tray with a T500 scanner.
  • Fixed an issue where texture options were not displayed when scanning a Flexible Multi-Die with a T500 scanner.
