Immediate Implant for a Periodontally-Affected Upper Canine

This is a full digital workflow of an immediate implant and a screw-retained crown for a periodontally-affected upper canine.
Dr. Michel Magdi Mounir obtained a preoperative scan and scanned the emergence profile created by a custom-made temporary healing abutment.
The scan body and crown were placed, with screw channel modification to open the lingual angles to the cusp tip for better esthetics.
