Designing a 3-Unit Bridge in Minutes
By George Safwat Habib
Designing a 3-Unit Bridge in Minutes
A young lady came to the clinic to get a replacement for a tooth she lost a couple of years ago.
She was in a rush and needed to have a 3-unit bridge delivered as soon as possible.
Thanks to the beta version of Medit ClinicCAD that was released recently, Dr. George Safwat Habib was able to design the bridge in less than five minutes and mill it within a couple of hours.
The Medit ClinicCAD app uses the latest AI technology to detect the prepared teeth margins and create close-fitting crowns.
Dr. George found the app simple, easy, and effective.
With the help of the many tools and accessories in the software, he was also able to ensure a perfect fit in the least amount of time.
He says there is no need to wait for hours to get a crown or bridge design!

A patient came to the clinic with the request to change the shape and color of her two front teeth with veneers.
After doing the required preparation, Dr. Samer Samir was able to create four veneers using the beta version of the Medit ClinicCAD app.
Dr. Samir found it very easy and amazingly quick to design the veneers and had the design sent over to the lab within an hour!
Partial Denture with Medit Splints & ClinicCAD Beta
By Ryosuke Takahashi
Dr. Ryosuke Takahashi designed a partial denture by applying the principles of the Medit Splints app.
After the software’s v1.1 update, he noticed that it no longer produced errors even when setting extreme margin lines.
For the artificial teeth, he used the beta version of Medit ClinicCAD.
By drawing margin lines in the missing areas, Dr. Takahashi created teeth that fit well with the antagonist.

According to him, this approach to partial denture design has so far been the fastest and easiest, and provided the best fit.
Resin Onlay
By Moncef Amira
{% video_player “embed_player” overrideable=False, type=’hsvideo2′, hide_playlist=True, viral_sharing=False, embed_button=False, autoplay=False, hidden_controls=False, loop=False, muted=False, full_width=False, width=’1280′, height=’720′, player_id=’127364703298′, style=” %}
Dr. Moncef Amira created a resin onlay on tooth number 36 using the beta version of the Medit ClinicCAD app.
He says it took him half the time it took to create the same design using other software.
{% video_player “embed_player” overrideable=False, type=’hsvideo2′, hide_playlist=True, viral_sharing=False, embed_button=False, autoplay=False, hidden_controls=False, loop=False, muted=False, full_width=False, width=’1920′, height=’1032′, player_id=’127365872043′, style=” %}
In light of such results, Dr. Amira has decided to introduce ClinicCAD into his digital workflow, particularly for chairside restorations.
